Kim is wonderful to work with and found us a long term rental (after she sold our main home !) very quickly in the neighborhood we wanted. The application process was simple and all done online so we were moving into the house in a week. She made sure that the home was in good condition and professionally cleaned before we moved in. We spent a lot of time researching rental homes with private owners, but feel more confident knowing we have a signed lease and professional management company to protect us and the owners.
