Why Desert Masters Realty & Property Management Is The Perfect Choice?
01.
Experience
Over 20 years in business providing comprehensive property management services. We are your one-stop solution for property owners making the management process more convenient and efficient.
02.
Personal Touch
We don’t take on every door that comes our way. We believe in keeping our portfolio in a manageable range so that we can be responsive to our owners, tenants, and vendors. Importantly, we don’t get paid unless you receive rent. That’s a huge incentive to keep your rental occupied with reliable renters.
03.
State of the Art Technology
We provide owner and tenant portals with on-demand reporting. Our software allows for many different tenant payment methods. When we prepare rental analysis, we use data from actual rents being received in your area, not just what is being advertised.

Meet Our Agents
"The highest praise we receive isn't in words. It's in the trust our fellow Real Estate Agents place in us when they choose our services to manage their own properties. We are so ever thankful for the many Realtor clients that we have. This trust and recognition of our value is the greatest compliment of all."
-- Kimberly Ayers, Designated Broker, 2016
Testimonials
Our confidence in our excellence is not just self-perceived, it’s validated by the satisfaction of those we’ve had the pleasure to serve. We are so ever thankful for our wonderful clients over the past 20 years!
Desert Masters Realty has been so easy to work with over the past 10 years, managing two rentals of ours. Kim is great with communication and easy to work with and kept our homes in great shape. Very professional. Thank you.

Kim Ayers has been managing our property in Chandler, AZ. for a dozen or more years. When my Dad passed about 8 years ago, Kim has been a tremendous help in renting the house. Since we live in CA. and there is any type of repairs done to the house, Kim always inspects the work and immediately communicates the report to me. She truly has been a God send.

Kim Ayers with Desert Masters Realty has been managing my rental property for over a decade and cares for the property as if she owned it. She has removed all the headaches of an investment property and has never placed a tenant that I regretted. She is accessible, honest, friendly, and very organized.
Recently, Kim managed an extensive renovation for me with minimal downtime, and her keen eye for style and color were quite impressive. Working with a small family business has been an asset!
